Amanda Bynes has a thing for Chanel

I may have mentioned this the last time I wrote about Amanda Bynes, but I have an vague dislike for her based on one fact: her name is the same as mine. I feel competitive with other Amandas, for some reason, and she’s no exception. I can’t think of a single thing she’s done to earn my dislike other than that, and I’m sure she’s a lovely person. I would prefer to be the only Amanda, though.
And, if possible, I would prefer to have the gorgeous Chanel Classic Flap Bag that she’s sporting here. We’ve seen her sport this bag in other colors as well, and it’s clear that she’s found a style that works with her wardrobe and a brand that she likes to go back to. And who could blame her, it’s CHANEL. Even her friend that’s accompanying her in these pictures is sporting the brand.

Ok…Chanel people, can someone PLEASE tell me what is the appeal of carrying a bag that looks like my granny quilted it?? I just don’t get it! Is it a label thing? I just don’t like the quilted look on anything other than a quilt. But props to Amanda for dressing for the season-would not want her freezing to death this coming winter with all her shortness! I find it hard to take her seriously in a short skirt or shorts…

yes, I am also wondering if light colored Chanel gets dirty quickly- would not want to pay several thousands of dollars for a bag with a short term life
