Can someone call a cab for Mischa Barton?

So, I’m worried about Mischa Barton. She was in the hospital on an involuntary psychiatric hold a few months ago and has never convincingly explained what happened (not that she has to, but telling everyone that it was an issue with her wisdom teeth only seems more worrisome), she got out in time to start shooting The Beautiful Life in New York City, and now that show has been canceled.
So I’m not sure what exactly she’s doing here, wandering around looking sickly and sad in front of the paparazzi in what appears to be a parking lot, with a canvas tote in addition to her party dress and clutch. Speaking of her clutch – I’m not sure who made it, and it’s difficult to Google such things in regard to Mischa, since she actually HAS a handbag line. Had? I’m not sure if it’s still being produced. If it is, then maybe she should refocus her energies on that and take a little break from the limelight. It might be good for her.

Alot of these girls became famous even before they are grown up. I’m not surprised by most of their sorry states now. Look at Lindsay Lohan.

Meeshhead is right – There’s nothing wrong with her in those pictures except that she looks like she needs some sleep! And as for Anna S’s comment, just read the interviews with her and you’ll see why she ended up where she did and how it all came about…

Meeshead wake up! There are so many sightings of Mischa drunk and hung over from the last few weeks. You and Jo keep on dismissing these reports as untrue. Go to twitter. At least once a week there’s a sighting of her wasted at a club. These are from ordinary bystanders.
If you really care for her, contact her through her manager agent mom whoever for her to get real help! Stop living in your little fantasy world where there’s nothing wrong with Mischa and she’s still in demand in Hollywood and she’s going to get her career back on track.

Can you imagine a plethora of paparazzi (hey I like that), constantly following you everywhere you go? Don’t you think that they would have large supply of precarious pics? She’s only human. She’s a 23 year old who has had more pressure on her in the last several years, than most of us have in a lifetime. And, she IS going to get her career back on track. She was amazing in her new DVD that was just released with Bruce Willis, “Assassination of a high School President”.

My dear “ohplease”…
Twitter? Already there – And, unlike some people, I’m able to differentiate between truthful and accurate reporting, wild, attention-seeking rumours and downright lies… Anyone who trusts Twitter as a reliable source of information probably also thinks that Wikipedia is a similarly reliable source!
And it’s the same with all of these tabloid reports based on information given to the magazines and websites by anonymous “friends” of Mischa. Do you honestly think that any true friend of Mischa, someone in a position to know what’s really happening, would be so low as to sell stories about her to the media? How long do you think they’d stay friends with Mischa if they did something like that??… And as for the pictures, the paps know that pictures that show a celeb in what could be interpreted as a bad light (such as apparently leaving a club drunk) are going to fetch considerably more money than ones that show them in a good light. So, naturally, those are the ones they sell to the agencies, and that appear in the press, because editors also know that pictures like that are good for their circulation.
Does Mischa occasionally stray and have a little too much to drink? Of course she does – After all, she’s only human. But, when she does, it always attracts a lot more attention than it does when you or I do it. Why? – Because she’s a celebrity, and so (in some people’s minds, at least) subject to some notion that she has to be absolutely 100% perfect in thought and deed! Do I think she’s perfect and completely faultless? No, of course not – Everyone has their faults. In Mischa’s case, I hate the fact that she smokes and wish she’d stop, and I don’t really like her taste in guys either. But I do think she’s a fantastically-talented actress, and a really wonderful, intelligent, kind, caring and beautiful person. And I certainly have a lot more time for her than I do for folks who’s only claim to “fame” is spreading rumours and spewing hatred in the comments section of websites and blogs…
