Hilary Duff carries Mulberry, lays one on Lonely Boy

The thing about looking at paparazzi pictures while Gossip Girl is filming in New York City is that you’re bound to encounter some spoilers. I mean, if Hilary Duff is out there in front of God and everybody, makin’ out with Penn Badgley while carrying a Mulberry Mitzy Hobo, then we’re bound to see it.
When I first saw the photo at right, I thought, “Wow, Blake Lively is shorter than I thought.” But then I realized it was the Duffster, and after a moment of cognitive dissonance, I remembered that she’s doing several episodes of the show’s new season. And apparently, her character is going to have at least a flirtation with Mr. Dan Humphrey, and I’m sure it’s a little weird to watch your real-life boyfriend make out with other chicks at your workplace. Since Gossip Girl goes through plot lines at warp speed, though, this is far from the only uncomfortable boyfriend kissing that she’s had to witness.

That’s awesome that Hillary is going to guest star on GG…can’t wait to see it! I love her Mulberry bag, especially the beautiful teal color. I just recently got a Rebbeca Minkoff MAB in teal and I love it! It’s such a gorgeous color!!

I think that the shape of the jumper is a bit frumpy on her. That being said I think all of the colors come together in a a very aesthetic organza of color and its beautiful…I think I would personally choose the bag in a different color, but for the show and outfit it really works!

I guess its fortunate I’m no fan of Hillary Duff, not by a mile, because then I won’t feel so bad about saying these nasty things I’d feel bad saying about any other celeb:
1. Not feeling the bag. At all. It looks cute, but it also looks like one of those really annoying bags that just HAVE to crimp right there under your armpit. NO thanks.
2. Not feeling the dress. It’s too short, and it’s making her look frumpy, not cute and springy.
3. Not feeling the hair. It’s looking too dishevelled. It would look better with better clothes, bag and figure…which brings me to..
4. And, this is going to be really mean, but dude, she needs to wear a cardigan. Or something that covers her upper arms. I don’t know why the world is fussing over Michelle Obama’s upper arms when these are staring us in our faces. But then again, Hillary isn’t the wife of the president…

Love the color of that bag…it’s a unique teal to me. However, some parts of the bag annoy me, but I can’t put a finger on what it is….maybe it’s the logo thing. :/

lol, I used to be (still am perhaps) a teeny bopper so I can appreciate Hilary Duff. I like the color of the Mulberry, it’s very eye catching. However, the handle is probably too short and would cause most women’s upper arms to explode width-wise while clamping the bag down between their armpits. It’s unfortunate really…
