JoAnna Garcia, Fendi, and…who’s that guy?

The only thing that I recognized when I first looked at these photos was the Fendi Peekaboo Satchel, which should probably tell you a little bit about how my job affects how I see the world. Great bag, and I know it’s popular to carry it hanging open like that, but I think it looks a little sloppy (and my mom, who is forever harping on my to zip up my bags, would have a heart attack).

I had to ask Shannon to help me find the identity of the girl carrying it – her name is JoAnna Garcia. Then I tried to figure out why the paparazzi were following her. Apparently she’s going to be a recurring character on the next season of Gossip Girl. And then Shannon pointed out to me that it was Chace Crawford that she was walking with, and my first response was “Heh, no it’s not.” And then I looked closer, and, um, it is. And all I have to say about that is that he better hurry up and regrow the man-bangs, lest he never be recognized again. That, or take off the sunglasses.

Yes, she played the part of Cheyenne, Reba’s oldest daughter on the show Reba, obviously co-starring with Reba McIntyre. Moving on… I too am distracted by the openness of the bag. I certainly don’t think that it adds anything to the overall appearance of the bag. And to add the words of a anal color conscious gal, I am not sure that I think the bag compliments the deep color of her maxi, but that’s just my overzealous opinion. However, I do have something positive to say… I am digging Chase’s man bag…a lot!

I would have never recognized Chase in this photo either — I kind of thought it was that guy from Lipstick Jungle at first!

I love JoAnna Garcia! She played Megan Smith in CW’s Privileged. If you’ll be able to watch the show, you will notice that almost all clothes fits her and she looks amazing wearing them – not to mention her super hot co-star Brian Hallisay (check him in this youtube video – http://bit.ly/RVdnu – then go straight to 00:02:06 and you’ll see what I mean). With Chace in these pictures, i feel a little disappointed with his looks. I can’t barely recognize him.
