Lauren Conrad rocks Balenciaga

I have mixed feelings about Lauren Conrad, as I suspect many of you do. All of the girls from The Hills are a certain level of annoying, but LC may be the least offensive, if only by virtue of her nearly complete blandness. She’s a bit of a blank canvas, a girl that girls identify with because we can project ourselves onto her without the nuisance of her strong personality getting in the way. And who knows if she’ll last without her TV show, and I’m betting probably not, but it would be interesting if she did.

But for now, I think the most interesting thing about her is the Balenciaga City Bag that she’s carrying here. I’m an unabashed, unapologetic Balenciaga fan, so I’m completely biased, but this particular bag shape is great and Balenciaga bags still make a hip, edgy statement that few other big-name brands can match. I’d absolutely destroy a white one, and hers looks a little worn, but I’d rock it anyway, and so should all of you.
