Leighton Meester Derek Lam 4 I love Leighton Meester. Love! I love that she’s a brunette, I love that she’s not fake tanned within an inch of her life, I love that she did that song with Cobra Starship, and I love that she wears things that are more avant garde than 90% of starlets her age. I think she always looks fabulous, even when her outfit is a little out there.

Her outfit here is a bit safe for her normal aesthetic, but she looks absolutely young and adorable – if only all actresses did casual this well. She’s spicing up her look a bit with a Derek Lam Leopard Print Bag, something else that most other starlets wouldn’t be cool enough to have. It’s probably one of the most subtle animal prints I’ve ever seen, and she mixes it with the print of her dress expertly. Side note: anyone know how I can get my hair to be that perfectly wavy?

I love Leighton too, she’s amazing. And I really like her style even when it’s out there, because she is still confident in those clothes. This look is beautiful and a bit safe ecept for those cool Louboutins she is rocking. The bag is kinda cool and she actually “wore” it in one of the photos in the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar.

I have to agree, her style isn’t something that I would personally wear, but she rocks it. I love stars who break the mold a bit, between Leighton and Whitney Port I haven’t seen anyone with quite that eclectic of a style. She looks like she could model for Anthropologie or Urban Outfitters or something. I actually really like the look- the shoes and the dress together are awesome.

This is something that only Leighton can pull off. She’s so gorgeous. I’m not really a fan of animal print, but it works well with the bag since it’s not ANIMAL PRINT!!!! like animal print usually is.

I, too, like Leighton’s look. Her bag is to die for; and this dress-and-sweater ensemble is so much nicer than the leggings-as-pants look we’ve seen her in recently.
