She is absolutely stunning. Her makeup, dress and especially that clutch.. she totally deserves to be on top of the best dressed list. That BV clutch is to die for. The details and beauty of the Knot clutch is absolutely stunning. She is a very lucky lady to carry it, even if it’s for that one night. Anything BV makes, turns to gold. Almost. I love BV.

She looks incredible. Beautiful makeup and outfit. Katy Perry did sport a similar colored outfit which showed a bit more skin but she also looked fabulous.
