Little Jenny Humphrey spotted with mystery man, Treesje bag

In case you live under a rock (or just don’t watch the Greatest Show of Our Time), Little Jenny Humphrey is actually Taylor Momsen’s Gossip Girl alter ego. Which is confusing, because she appears to have morphed into her on-screen character in real life, at least as far as personal style and makeup choices go.
And certainly, whether on screen or off, the Treesje Mason Crossbody Bag is something that fits right in with her usual wardrobe. She happens to be wearing it on set here, with some sort of mystery man that will surely be an upcoming character on the show, but the gnarled black leather and subtle studding match her of-set personal style as well.

FYI, the colour is actually Timoro (a very dark chocolatey brown), not black. =) There’s a black version coming out soon with gunmetal hardware, though.
This bag has also been haunting me. It definitely suits Jenny’s/Taylor’s style, a bit of that “edgy” glam look. I can appreciate the aesthetic of the look in terms of creating distinct styles for the different characters on Gossip Girl, but like many others, I also really want to wash all that heavy makeup off her face!! She looked so much prettier in the early days of the show!

Can you believe that guy is 23 and her love interest? Kinda weird. He almost looks like Gabriel from last season. She looks SO much prettier without the heavy makeup.
