Rihanna & Alexander McQueen: a match made in shoe heaven

It takes a certain kind of woman to carry off an Alexander McQueen shoe. McQueen makes things that are odd, unexpected and avant garde, and on most starlets, things like that would just look woefully out of place. Luckily for all of us, though, Rihanna is one of the few people that I can think of that would do the weirdly wonderful Alexander McQueen Dogtooth Boot any sort of fashion justice.
More than any legitimately famous person right now, Rihanna seems to constantly take risks and try to mix up her wardrobe in order to stand out from the crowd. Instead of just being overtly sexual all the time like many pop stars, she takes a high-end, more interesting approach that I find endlessly entertaining. Plus, the way she freaks out over the cute little baby in the last couple of these photos is totally and endlessly endearing. I’m pretty sure that that’s the same face that I make when I see a puppy, and I’m glad that no one has managed to capture it on film yet.

Whoa Rihanna’s blonde! I agree that her style is perfect and she pulls it off very well. It’s not as over-the-top as, say, Katy Perry of Lady Gaga. It actually looks good while also standing out from the pop princess crowd.
