I’m probably feeding into both their egos and the Celebrity-Industrial Complex by even writing this, but I hate Heidi and Spencer Pratt even more with every passing day. If there was ever a good argument that karma doesn’t exist, it’s these two – maybe the powers that be will prove me cosmically incorrect one day. One can hope, anyway.
So, the bag. It’s a Nancy Gonzalez Large Crocodile Clutch in a gorgeous, slightly pearlized grey that could easily go from day to night. I despise almost everything that this woman and her vile, loathsome husband do, except for her taste in handbags. Homegirl can pick ‘em.

Did you see in the final episode of The Hills (I’m embarassed to admit that I did…) there was a big drama about this bag? Heidi’s sister, Holly, tossed a potato that landed on the bag and left a nice grease mark. Needless to say, Speidi was not pleased….

They make me want to throw up! Too cheesy & so fake. I do like the clutch though, just wish it were worn by a classy celeb.

I can not stand them either! I do like the bag though and am still wondering how she’s able to afford all these gorgeous, expensive bags??

@Ruth Despite my innate love for terrible television that melts my brain, I stopped watching The Hills approximately two season ago, shortly after LC went to Paris. I felt like it jumped the shark. I’d cut a bitch for putting a stain on one of my bags, though, so I can’t blame her.
.
@Denise I posited the same question in a post a few weeks back, and a commenter posted a link to an article on Gawker saying that they made $65,000 PER EPISODE, EACH. And without kids or responsibilities besides, presumably, rent, that probably leaves a lot of extra cash for bags and tools for grooming Spencer’s flesh beard.

I don’t know how people can pay them this much…They seem to have chickpea brains and a terrible attitude…They are so full of themselves and on top of that they want 1 million per episode to go back to “Get me out of here, I am a celebrity”…I don’t get this entertainment industry anymore…
