Venus Williams sports some Louis Vuitton

I’ve always loved the Louis Vuitton Miroir Speedy. Or any of the Miroir bags, actually. I’m not much of a Louis Vuitton fangirl, but something about this line has always made me smile. Maybe it’s the ridiculously bright metallic patent, maybe it’s that it seems like it doesn’t take itself too seriously; I’m not sure. But there’s just something about it that I enjoy.
Since the collection came out several season ago, it’s not so common that we see stars actively carrying the bags while being photographed. After all, if you’ve got an endless stream of free bags coming through your door, you probably choose one that has shown up recently. It looks like Venus William has stayed loyal to her favorites; though. She’s carrying her Miroir Speedy with pride, and I even kind of respect the fact that she’s wearing it with gym clothes – because don’t we all have those moments?

I can respect her outfit because she’s a professional athlete, and her bag is shiny and pretty.

It’s not a bag that I would invest in. But, I think she looks very tasteful; like 19yearslater commented, I think she is representing herself well as an athlete.

I get the outfit, I’m not a fan of the bag though. I think it looks silly with the athletic outfit.

The shine-factor on that LV is a 10. SO shiny. Hence the name “mirror”, I suppose.

The bag def. stands out with her outfit. Since she’s carrying a Speedy, I don’t think it looks too bad with the outfit. It would have been worse if the Miroir was the Alma.

I have to admit, I don’t really get LV… It never really appealed to me and it still doesn’t. I don’t think I’ve seen an LV bag that I actually like or would purchase.

I’m not a huge fan of the Miroir bag myself, but I think it’s a perfect for Serena. She looks great!
