2010 Golden Globes: Lea Michele in Oscar de la Renta

One of this past year’s break out television shows is Glee. I’m not completely on the Glee bandwagon, but I do appreciate the show when I catch it. One of Glee’s stars, Lea Michele was up for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series. While she didn’t get it, Lea certainly caught a lot of attention with her Oscar de la Renta gown.

I was a bit surprised that this 23 yr old actress opted for an Oscar de la Renta gown seeing as how ornate his gowns can be. This isn’t a bad thing, but it is a lot to handle for some young stars. Instead, Lea rocked the strapless gown and topped off her look with Chopard jewls and a Fendi handbag.

Not sure if I like this or not. I really like Lea Michele, and she is so pretty. But I think that the bodice of the dress could have been longer. It appears as though it’s cutting her off.
