Brooke Shields escorts Michael Kors to the Costume Institute Gala

I know that Brooke Shields is known for having luxurious, shiny, wonderful hair (and also great eyebrows, although that has nothing to do with this post), but I wish she had put it up or back or something for the 2010 Costume Institute Gala. It’s covering up her pretty dress! I want to see neckline and structure and all of those great things!

You would have think that Michael Kors, her date and the designer of her dress, would have made sure that she was properly styled for the event. After all, we know that he’s not afraid to tell you how he feels – he critiques styling professionally on Project Runway and seems to have absolutely no problem telling someone that they screwed up on TV. Couldn’t he have at least convinced Shields to put her hair in a last-minute ponytail?
