Elle MacPherson carries a totally fun Gucci bag

Megs was roundly dismissed when she wrote of her love for the Gucci Joy Boston Bag with Snowman and Elephant Print on PurseBlog not long ago, but I’ve always been firmly on her side when it comes to this bag. It’s whimsical and silly, which can be a refreshing change of pace in the extremely self-serious fashion industry. I like a bag that’s in on its own joke.

The bag only becomes more alluring when you see it carried by a woman as beautiful as Elle MacPherson. She certainly does a great service to anything that she puts on her body, but her neutral, grown-up outfit makes the bag look all the more fun when juxtaposed against it. Megs liked the bag so much that she ordered it, and these pictures must be making her appreciate the decision all the more. In case you weren’t already convinced, Gucci is donating 25% of this bag’s proceeds to UNICEF.

    Probably any outlet, but try Plato’s Closet. They have a lot of good stuff, penedding on which one you go to. It’s a second hand store, but if you go to a Plato’s Closet that’s near a bunch of rich girls, you’ll find good stuff. They only have brand name things and I’ve definitely seen louis vuitton and gucci there for way love then $ 250. Hope I helped
