Nicky Hilton carries Celine with a great Burberry trench

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful bag with an elegant, classic look, but I’m getting just a tad sick of the Celine Luggage Tote. I was one of its biggest cheerleaders since day one, but now that it’s taken its full tour of duty through the fashion ranks and is now being toted by every celebrity from Kourtney Kardashian to Ashley Tisdale, the bloom is off the rose. Nicky Hilton doesn’t particularly annoy me, but I wish she’d use her money to at least buy the bag in a fun color instead of basic black.

What I do love about this ensemble, though, is Hilton’s leather-sleeved Burberry Trench Coat. Burberry has done some fantastic variations on the brand staple in recent seasons, and updating the sleeves in biker chic black quilted leather makes the jacket look just current enough to be a fashion piece instead of a classic wardrobe staple. More fun outerwear, fewer bags that everyone already has, Nicky!
