Jessica Alba seems to rarely carry the same bag two days in a row, and here she is with yet another expensive, brown purse: the Loewe Amazona Bag. With how religiously the paparazzi seem to follow her, I can’t blame every designer from every corner of the globe for sending her boxes of bags, but I personally wouldn’t have chosen this one.

Of red carpet fashionistas, Jessica Alba is one of my favorites. She consistently has amazing, colorful, and geometric looks on the red carpet and this one is no exception. Jessica Alba is my style favorite. I don’t want to use the word icon, because I can’t say she is my icon, but almost every outfit she wears I can see myself wearing. Since Jessica Alba carries almost exclusively brown or tan bags, I was somewhat surprised to see her toting around a putty-colored version of the very popular Derek Lam Blanche Bucket Bag. Didn’t anyone tell her that it also comes in one of the medium brown tones that she loves so much?
Although this color is still very neutral and wouldn’t be considered a departure for most bag fanatics, Jessica’s taste lately has been so narrow that her choice made me sit up and take notice. I like this version a lot [...]

Did you ever think you’d hear GAP on the red carpet? Ya, me neither. I know that they’ve been doing this for a couple years now, but back when I used to shop at the GAP all the time, I just never would have thought. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, more like something that pleasantly surprised me.
This year there were some beyond amazing designer for GAP designs worn at the 2010 Costume Institute Gala in NYC that were nothing less than exquisite. Case in point, the gown [...]
I think that everyone has a color to which they gravitate when picking accessories – I always strongly prefer purple when choosing among a bag’s available colors, even though I eventually talk myself out if it when I remember that I already have a purple bag, which I use constantly. It appears, however, that Jessica Alba does not see the need to talk herself out of buying her umpteenth tan-brown bag, and why should she? She’s rich, after all.

Jessica Alba is one of the celebs we talk quite a bit about here. I suppose that is because, she tends to always be carrying and/or wearing some fantastic things. She’s the kind of person who isn’t really over the top when it comes to fashion, but she totally knows how to knock a look out of the park.

It must be quite the pain in the butt to have people following you and your small child around the grocery store, taking pictures of you. I’m mostly not that sympathetic of stars and their problems with paparazzi, but it seems like the photographers that are snapping pictures of Jessica Alba while she’s trying to pay for her groceries are stepping over some sort of line of common decency. She hasn’t even done any acting lately, has she?
Nevertheless, they follow her anyway. She does look pretty cute [...]
