I’ve mentioned it previously in this space, but I think that motherhood has done Jessica Alba some good. Ever since that adorable little kiddo has come along, she just looks…happier. More laid-back. I’m not one to advocate that every woman needs a child to complete them, but in some cases (and in hers in particular), the positive influence is palpable.

Jessica Alba is one of those celebrities that, much like Nicole Richie, has been done well by motherhood. Before Jessica had her daughter, she always looked like such a sourpuss in photos – as if her fame and fortune were such enormous impositions on her life.
