When I covered Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring 2010 runway show for PurseBlog, I wouldn’t have believed you if you told me that one of the bags would become a celeb favorite – they just didn’t inspire me, or seem all that luxurious. With so many other things on the marketplace, why would celebs pay attention?

Keri Hilson was just one of the many ladies who slipped into a tan hued gown at this year’s 2010 Grammy Awards Show in LA. Keri was spotted on the red carpet in an extremely form fitting tulle Dolce & Gabbana mermaid gown with an embellished sash. This sash showed off Keri’s tiny waist. I have got to say, Claudia Schiffer is one drop-dead-gorgeous super model. Her fabulous looks haven’t changed much from the days when she graced so many runways, magazine covers and campaign ads. She’s not completely out of the modeling business since she is the face of Dolce & Gabbana’s 2009 Campaign.

So, this is Peaches Geldof. Or at least I think it is. I hear that there’s another one named Pixie, and I suppose that this could, ostensibly, be her. I’m not sure that it really matters, or that anyone here really cares. So, I’m going to go with my gut and say that it’s Peaches.

Leave it to one of the original supermodels to take a more-or-less unglam bag and make it look totally chic and fabulous. We don’t know what Claudia Schiffer is carrying here (some have suggested it may be Dolce & Gabbana, but I can’t find it), but the shape and color are decidedly utilitarian and might look kind of boring on a woman with less swagger and confidence.
