George Gina & Lucy is a new brand for here on Bag That Style, and it’s definitely worthy. Being featured on Gossip Girl is a major honor that can easily catapult a bag to style stardom. This bag totally deserves it. Even though JoAnna is wearing it with an evening-worthy cocktail dress, it’s a great everyday bag as well.

And that color? It’s unique- not quite purple or pink, but a combination of the two with a touch of grey. My favorite aspects are the golden studs. They’re not crazy rocker, but just serve as a detail rather than overwhelming the bag.

I had to ask Shannon to help me find the identity of the girl carrying it – her name is JoAnna Garcia. Then I tried to figure out why the paparazzi were following her. Apparently she’s going to be a recurring character on the next season of Gossip Girl. And then Shannon pointed out to me that it was Chace Crawford that she was walking with, and my first response was “Heh, no it’s not.” And then I looked closer, and, um, it is. And all I have to say about that is that he better hurry up and regrow the man-bangs, lest he never be recognized again. That, or take off the sunglasses.
