It seems to me that once Julia Roberts won her Oscar for Erin Brokavich, she has pretty much stepped out of the Hollywood limelight. She’s taken a few roles since then and occasionally shows up on a red carpet (or at the Golden Globes, presenting an award while being just a bit smug and annoying), but she mostly seems happy to live in New Mexico with her husband and raise her kids.
