Does the simple act of a man wearing a skirt make that skirt a kilt? Or are there other standards and characteristics that separate kilts from the skirts more commonly worn by women? I’d like to know, because Marc Jacobs is wearing one or the other here, and has been sporting them often for quite a while now, and I would like to call them the right thing.
