I certainly wouldn’t have guessed it, but I’m happy that she made it to the other side. She seems to have a confident sense of what she likes and what she doesn’t, and she definitely loves the Balenciaga City Bag that we see her carrying around quite a bit. In fact, she seems to like Balenciaga as a whole, and that’s a style statement with which I’ll never argue. I hope we get to see her on more serious red carpets in the future, but for now, these pics of her day-to-day style will have to do.

Nicole and hubby Joel Madden hit up the 2010 Oscars looking completely in love and fabulous. The Reem Acra gown Nicole wore fit her tiny frame absolutely perfectly. The sparkle factor wasn’t too over the top and pairing the gown with the right accessories like she did made the entire look work. Nicole carried a Judith Leiber clutch and Bally shoes. Joel looked totally dapper and was DJing at the awards.

Yet, no matter if Nicole is pregnant or not, she seems to always look pretty amazing. Here she and hubby to be, Joel Madden spend date night together in NYC on their way to Abe’s and Arthur’s. Nicole pulls off a great all black ensemble with a bright, bold and beautiful Chanel Bag. Look a bit closer at the bag, and you can’t help but notice that ginormous rock on her hand. Absolutely stunning – everything!

She’s definitely made something of herself, even if she’s still mostly famous for being famous, and her fashion sense is light years beyond that of most of the people that became famous with her. She has a known affinity for Balenciaga bags of all sizes, and she looks fresh and chic with her Balenciaga Work Bag in these photos.

Well, momma Nicole doesn’t look too shabby herself. No, she’s not totally dressed up for a launch party or a movie premiere, but she looks like a very sporty new mom. Nicole and Harlow were caught leaving Jerry’s Restaurant in LA. With the relatively bland, black and white outfit Nicole has on, her extremely colorful Simone Camille Handmade Vintage 2 Tier Handbag. The colors certainly pop and the bag is the perfect size for packing in some baby toys as well as her personal essentials.

With her Balenciaga City Bag on her shoulder, the entire look is fabulously chic. Nicole knows how to capture LA casual and cool perfectly. I love that she has taken her style and love for fashion to the next level. Her line, House of Harlow is actually hugely successful. Plenty of celebs have attempted to dabble in the fashion world yet have failed miserably. Not the case for Nicole! My absolute favorite part of the outfit she is wearing here has to be her shoes. They are amazing! I just wonder how comfortable they are.

This is a question that crosses my mind almost every day – if we could look in to the probably massive closets of the celebrities that we talk about on this website, what would we see? Who would be borrowing bags from their stylist that they have to give back later, and who would have actually amassed a staggering collection of drool-worthy bags that any of us would be excited to borrow from?

There are, of course, the obvious favorites – Victoria Beckham and her out-of-this-world collection of Hermes Birkins of every shape and size, Kimora Lee Simmons and the largest private collection of Louis Vuitton in the world. But what if your style is a little more varied or you like smaller brands? What bag style icon do you turn to then? My personal pick would be Nicole Richie and her collection of Balenciaga, which is rumored to be extensive, in addition to her other slouchy, casual picks. What I wouldn’t do to be able to borrow a few of her old bags, particularly some of the popular colors from a few years ago. But that’s just me – which celeb has the most enviable closet for you?

Plus, now she carries amazing bags like the Givenchy Nightingale. Givenchy is one of my personal favorites – it’s a brand that doesn’t shout its name from the rooftops and is appreciated greatly by those that love fashion but don’t want to be obvious. And that’s the woman into which Ms. Richie has turned. Seriously, no snark. Good for her.

Pregnant momma Nicole Richie was seen leaving LAX solo on April 20th. Nicole and boyfriend Joel Madden of Good Charlotte have baby Harlow Winter Kate Madden and are expecting their second child together.
