Kate Moss is virtually royalty in and around London. Perhaps I should extend that beyond London and say all of England. It doesn’t matter if she is getting positive or negative press, Kate is someone who is followed very closely. As she continues on her handbag design quest, she carries some of said designs. That’s right, folks, the bag that Blake Lively is carrying is not a new find for the BagThatStyle/PurseBlog crew. The Notting Hill Design Westbourne Tote may be from an indie designer, but we’ve been all over it for some time now. First, we caught Leighton Meester wearing it in baby blue, and now we’ve got Blake, in character, carrying the red python version.
