Sarah Jessica Parker was a friend of Alexander McQueen and a great fan of the late designer’s work during his all-too-short life, and it makes me so happy to see her continue to support his work and celebrate his talent after his death. I can’t even comprehend the thought of having access to a wardrobe as amazing and stylish as that of Sarah Jessica Parker. There are certain celebs out there who just about everyone views as a fashion icon. Sarah Jessica Parker is one of them. She is always one of the celebs most people keep an eye out for when there is a red carpet event. At least I know I always do.

Is it just me, or does spring bring out the best in everyone? I know that the warmer weather (and the cuter clothes that go with it) has given me a bit of a glow, and it looks like the change in seasons has done the same for Carrie Bradshaw Sarah Jessica Parker. Well, do you? I’m still a bit undecided. When she stands with her legs crossed under her dress (as is widely considered a “skinny pose” on the red carpet, which is why so many people do it), the gilded column loses its shape. SJP totes an ironically printed Gucci

It really is ironic- this Gucci purse has a picture of a snowman in a decidedly warm climate printed on it. But it’s not all senseless, you know; the print is meant to honor a new children’s book by Micheal Roberts entitled “Snowman in Africa”. The bag was created for the 2009 Gucci Campaign to Benefit UNICEF, and all proceeds from the book will go to UNICEF.
